1. Who we are

72Suite ("we", "us") provides business-management software for distributors and wholesalers. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and your choices. It applies to our website and the 72Suite application.

2. Data we handle

Website inquiries: when you contact us, we collect the name, company, email, phone and message you submit, solely to respond to your request.

Account & application data: when you use 72Suite, your account holds the business records you enter — companies, products, customers, vendors, orders, inventory, payroll and accounting data. As the account owner you are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf to provide the service.

Operational data: we keep limited technical logs (such as audit entries and error logs) needed to run, secure and support the service.

3. How we use data

To provide, maintain and secure the service; to respond to inquiries and support requests; to process the records you create; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the business data you store in 72Suite for advertising.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run 72Suite (for example, hosting, database and email delivery), bound by confidentiality and used only to operate the service on our instructions; and where required by law. Your business data is isolated per account and per business unit and is not shared between customers.

5. Security

We protect data with role-based access control, per-business-unit isolation, hashed credentials, encrypted connections and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. See our Security page for more.

6. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. On request, or after your account closes, we delete or return business data subject to any legal retention requirements (such as tax records).

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable law. For data held within a customer's 72Suite account, please contact that account owner; we will assist them as the processor.
