Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of the 72Suite website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind that business.
2. Accounts
Accounts are provisioned by us or by an account administrator. You're responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. The account owner controls team-member access and permissions.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access another customer's data, no interference with the Service's operation, and no uploading of malicious code. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you put into 72Suite. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
Where the Service is provided on a paid plan, fees and billing terms are agreed separately. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Availability & support
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it's provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance and occasional downtime may occur. We provide support through the contact channels we make available.
7. Accounting & tax disclaimer
72Suite helps you record and report financial and tax information, including Pakistan GST, withholding tax and FBR statements. It is a tool, not a substitute for professional advice. You're responsible for verifying figures and meeting your filing obligations; always confirm against current regulations.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination we will make your business data available for export for a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Reach us through our contact page.
